Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2011
It was fantastic to have WASAMBA!! perform as part of Edinburgh Festival Fringe’s Street Events in 2011. They were an infectiously happy group of people who all seemed utterly delighted to be involved in this large scale event.
The band’s performances were hugely entertaining, the costumes colourful and inventive. Ben Bowtell, the musical director clearly did an amazing job as the group’s driving force! We hope the group will return in the future to shake the windows along the Royal Mile!

Eco Faeries Unleashed 2010
My goddess you all absolutely blew us away with your colour, flashing lights, music, energy and love. Thankyou so much for joining us in creating a conscious community play space. We have always loved you guys but this puts a fresh cherry on top. I loved how you arrive and help one another paint and costume up, feels like a family you have going on. There have been endless comments about you, some haven’t seen you in action before and didn’t know what hit them.
I can’t tell you how grateful I am that you all came and brought so much energy to the event. Thankyou thankyou thankyou for all that is you.

I have had so many positive comments about the performance the dancers and drummers were FANTASTIC, I was expecting the best but we received even better. Thank you for everything and look forward to having you guys at parties again.

An estimated 5,000 people came to visit us over the Fiesta weekend and it would not have been the success it was without you! Despite the rain and the lack of people hanging around to the end it was a joyous and wonderful way to end the weekend
